mirroring failed, the master branch is lagging behind

The front page of the GitLab mirror says:

Repository mirroring has been paused due to too many failed attempts, and can be resumed by a project maintainer. Last successful update 8 months ago.

And indeed the latest master commit is not in sync with https://github.com/haskell/stm
