wasm: fix foreign import javascript "wrapper" in TH/ghci

This patch fixes foreign import javascript "wrapper" in wasm backend's
TH/ghci by fixing the handling of dyld/finalization_registry magic
variables. Fixes T25473 and closes #25473.
