Windows: Allow to install into different location than C:\

C:\ may not be writable.

Options are:

  1. always prompt user for the location and have C:\ as default
  2. only prompt user if C:\ is not writable
  3. don't prompt at all, but allow to execute the script like so .\bootstrap-haskell.ps1 /dest D:\
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
