'ghcup config'

It would be nice to have a way to adjust config values via the cli tool.

Config is yaml format: https://gitlab.haskell.org/haskell/ghcup-hs/-/blob/master/config.yaml

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
