deb10 ghc bindist is not compatibl with ubuntu 18 (bionic)

I tried alpha2 release, which is specced as:

          Linux_Ubuntu:
            '( >= 18 && < 20 )': *ghc-941a2-64-deb10

and its installation failed with

/github/home/.ghcup/ghc/9.4.0.20220523/lib/ghc-9.4.0.20220523/bin/ghc-pkg-9.4.0.20220523: error while loading shared libraries: libtinfo.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

bionic uses libtinfo.so.5: https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?searchon=contents&keywords=libtinfo.so.5&mode=exactfilename&suite=bionic&arch=any
