`ghcup` doesn't show latest `haskell-language-server`

The latest hls is at version 0.6, as can be seen here.

But ghcup shows the latest available version is 0.5.11, even after ghcup upgrade.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
