`ghcup list` doesn't show `cabal-install` versions

I'm using ghcup on Ubuntu 18.04. My ghcup version is 0.0.7. When I run ghcup list command, I see the following output:

$ ghcup list

✗ ghc	8.6.2

✔ ghc	8.8.1	latest,8.8

You can notice that ghc versions are displayed but cabal-install versions are not present. I wonder, what could be the reason for this?
