How to hold public meetings?

transparency.md specifies that we hold a public meeting at least once every two months. In today's Working Group meeting, we preferred a six-week cadence.

But how do we actually hold an open meeting?

1. Zoom/Google Meet streaming to YouTube? This is easy for people to join and will automatically preserve contents, but makes it harder for the public to participate.

2. Open Zoom / Google Meet / Jisti link? How to prevent intrusion?

3. Some other solution (e.g. involving preregistration)?
