Options

Re-enable DYNAMIC_GHC_PROGRAMS for FreeBSD. 

All actively supported releases (8.4-RELEASE, 9.2-RELEASE and the
upcoming 10.0-RELEASE) now support resolution of $ORIGIN properly.
