Some UI Improvements, add a license file

* Add displays noting ESC as exit key
* Clearer message noting snapshot/process selection view
* Switch from FN keys to CTRL in combination with lowercase chars
* Display the closure names exact function in the UI
* Clean up the cabal file and add a LICENSE file
