	Attach inline pragmas to class methods

This fix makes INLINE pragmas on method bindings (in class
or instance decls) work properly.

It seems to have been hanging around in my tree for some time.
To be on the safe side, let's not merge this into 5.04.1, although
it should be fine (an an improvement).
