This improves some tests that previously failed with:

ghc: panic! (the 'impossible' happened)
  GHC version 9.3.20211211:
        Failed to lookup LLVM data layout
  Target: x86_64-unknown-openbsd

Added the new generated lines to `llvm-targets` on an openbsd
7.0-current with clang 11.1.0.
