EPA: Move tokens into GhcPs extension fields (#23447) 


Summary of changes

* Remove Language.Haskell.Syntax.Concrete
* Move all tokens into GhcPs extension fields (LHsToken -> EpToken)
* Create new TTG extension fields as needed
* Drop the MultAnn wrapper

Updates the haddock submodule.
