** MERGE TO STABLE **

1. Make TidyPgm forget IdInfo for exported things.  This is
   really important for the recompilation checker; see the
   commment with TidyPgm.tidyTopIdInfo

   Fixes a bug reported by Sigbjorn.


2. Make CoreToStg more robust, by avoiding the duplicate
   calculation of update flag for top-level closures
