Bring Hadrian CI builds on par with make
There are a number of issues that set off the make-based validate CI builds from hadrian-based one's. This is a ticket trying to track those, feel free to add your own to this list:

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
