ghc: internal error: Unable to commit 1048576 bytes of memory

Summary

During compilation hlint module by stack get this error. ghc: internal error: Unable to commit 1048576 bytes of memory

Steps to reproduce

1. install haskell stack tool
2. run stack setup --resolver lts-14.27
3. run stack install hlint

Expected behavior

Compiled module hlint.

Environment

• GHC version used: 8.6.5

Optional:

• Operating System: guest on vagrant: ubuntu 18.04 LTS
• System Architecture: x64
