Windows builds broken
The Windows bindist is broken at the moment after e319570e
This commit adds rtsSleep
which calls nanosleep
which is a pthreads function.
This causes the compiler to break bootstrap and not get passed stage1 as a normal Windows setup won't have pthreads on PATH
.
Those that don't see this breakage have added things to their PATH
they shouldn't have...
The resulting compiler now also makes every single Haskell program depend on pthreads
on Windows, which makes the programs useless unless ran the user puts pthreads
on their PATH
.
