WallClockTime eventlog event can easily overflow

The event EVENT_WALL_CLOCK_TIME is necessary to synchronize eventlog timestamps with real clock time, unfortunately the nanosecond duration since the start of the eventlog is reported in a Word32. There are only about 4.3 seconds in the whole W32 range, so after the first initial period this event is useless.
