backend (llvm 13.0.0)

I don't know if this is a bug.

$ cat /etc/slackware-version
Slackware 15.0
$ ghc --numeric-version
9.2.1
$ llvm-config --version
13.0.0
$

Using -fllvm results in the following output.

You are using an unsupported version of LLVM!
Currently only 9 to 13 is supported. System LLVM version: 13.0.0
