Testsuite ghci.debugger needs some love.

The following testcases in directory ghci.debugger have misleading comments:

• break003: Comment in script says GHCi would panic, however, no panic occurs.
• break008: Says to test removal of breakpoints after a :load, but doesn't really check this.
• break028: Files for test exist, however the test is currently not executed in testsuite.
• print019: Comment resolved to Char in script file is wrong.
• print024: Comment says GHCi produces internal error, but works as expected.
• print026: Tests another flag than mentioned in the title of the script file.
• print031: Comment says GHCi crashes, however, it doesn't crash.
• print035: Comment refers to old module name RtClosureInspect.
• result001: Comment says _result :: Bool. However, the output doesn't show the word Bool.
