internal error :m32_alloc-page

Summary

I installed haskell using chocolatey. After install was completed. i ran CMD and tried to use ghci but it returned with the error shown in screenshot. i use ghci --version to check if ghci is installed. I am a student trying to use haskell for my lessons.

Steps to reproduce

open cmd and run ghci

Expected behavior

i should see a prelude

Environment

GHC version used: 9.2.2

Optional:

Operating System: windows 10
System Architecture: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
