manjaro - build failed - manjaro linux - yesod quick start guide

Environment: Manjaro x64 amd64 (fresh install) Code base is created by following yesod quick start guide:

curl -sSL https://get.haskellstack.org/ | sh
stack new my-project yesodweb/sqlite && cd my-project
stack build

The failure output:
