Strange crash on cross compile

I am trying to porting GHC. But some strange chash happen in this process:

gcc:8.3.0 Binutils:2.31.1

build.mk like this:

WITH_TERMINFO=NO HADDOCK_DOCS = NO

How can I solve this question?
