"./hadrian/build --flavour=default+no_profiled_libs test" fails

With

Error, rule finished running but did not produce file:
  _build/stage1/lib/x86_64-linux-ghc-9.2.3/ghc-bignum-1.2/libHSghc-bignum-1.2_p.a

or similar.

I'd expect test to run, except the ones needing profiling.

Happens on ghc-9.2 branch, first I built GHC and then tried to run tests:

./hadrian/build --flavour=default+no_profiled_libs
./hadrian/build --flavour=default+no_profiled_libs test
