ghc -S emits .o as well

According to documentation, ghc -S should stop at assembly phase and only output .s assembly file, without emitting .o file. However, since df419c1a, -S also emits .o.

Reporting this since I'm reviving !6877 (merged), and this issue may not may not needs to be fixed before landing that patch.
