Json profiling reports - postprocessing.

With -fprof-late some people have complained about this resulting in too detailed profiling reports.

Since GHC puts out profiling json data in a tree-like shape it should be easy to provide a script or similar (bundled with ghc, or not) that combines the leaves into larger nodes.
