statistics

TL;DR
Reading the Abstract of the former is sufficient for the purposes of this ticket.
Citation to the latter is provided owing to someone once having written that "R developers are all Schemers".
I somewhat lament having come to a conclusion that Haskell statistics coding will not catch up with other languages.
- R data structures include data frames
- Julia has the DataFrames package
- Python has pandas
- Hackage has the Frames package
The Hackage statistics package's kernel density estimation (KDE) .hs files list Stability as "experimental'.
The Hackage Frames package has a dependency which has not had it's core libraries dependencies' upper bounds versions revised. (for ghc 9.x.x.)
This issue can be closed; I'd broached this subject earlier in a MR comment (later deleted) and wanted to expand on that subject.
I guess there doesn't exist a "Community" label for GHC's GitLab instance.
