Support GHCi with the JS backend

Description

When run against the JavaScript backend, a number of tests currently fail with a nondescript error message due to current lack of support for iserv features in the backend:

Wrong exit code for caf_crash(ghci-ext)(expected 0 , actual 1 )
Stderr ( caf_crash ):
<command line>: not built for interactive use
*** unexpected failure for caf_crash(ghci-ext)
