Over the course of the past 10 days we had runtimes errors

Steps to reproduce

Unfortunately, the whole system is some proprietary code deployed in a Kubernetes environment. Is there any additional logging that we could do to help diagnose the problem (which seems non-deterministic)?

Expected behavior

We started observing these failures after upgrading to 9.2.3. We are going to upgrade to 9.2.4 and monitor the situation to see if we observe these issues again.
