9.4.4 contains unused libraries
Summary
I'm trying to build ghc-bootstrap to Mageia 8 in order to install GHC without having to use ghcup. However, when rpmbuild is almost done I see a list of unused libraries with a warning.
Steps to reproduce
Download https://downloads.haskell.org/~ghc/9.4.4/ghc-9.4.4-x86_64-fedora33-linux.tar.xz or https://downloads.haskell.org/~ghc/9.4.4/ghc-9.4.4-x86_64-fedora27-linux.tar.xz and try to build using my spec file.
Expected behavior
I expected the package to build

- GHC version used: 9.4.4
