Ticky counters are missing definitions in rts/include/stg/Ticky.h

There are several counters which have stub macro definitions in Ticky.h, this means that whenever they are used in C code they will just do nothing and the allocation won't be counted. We should define these macros so that we get more accurate ticky reports.
