Print diagnostic code in tc-trace "adding diagnostic"

Currently, the tc-trace dump includes a message when adding a diagnostic, e.g.

Adding diagnostic:
  Foo.hs:9:1: warning: Orphan instance: instance C A

It would be helpful to include the diagnostic code in this logging message, which would facilitate looking up the error constructor when working on the compiler.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
