GHC.Types.Unit: Binary.get instances allocate thunks

The types GenModule, InstantiatedUnit and Unit have strict fields that lead to thunks if we don't force what comes back from Binary.get.

So force them!

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
