Win32 releases lack versioned binaries

Versioned binaries, of the form ghc-$ver, are very useful when keeping more than one ghc in %Path%, but the official installer doesn't provide them.

Also, i've tried to just copy and rename the exes but i got this error:

> ghc-6.10.1 --make Setup.lhs
ghc-6.10.1: panic! (the 'impossible' happened)
  (GHC version 6.10.1 for i386-unknown-mingw32):
        can't decompose ghc.exe path: "C:\\ghc\\ghc-6.10.1\\bin\\ghc-6.10.1.exe"

should i file that as a separate bug?
