WIP: Add a nightly Hadrian/Darwin job

We mostly use the same settings as the make Darwin jobs. In particular, this becomes the only Hadrian job that tests the in-tree GMP configuration.

Marked WIP because:

  • I put the job in the build stage instead of full-build, for faster feedback in case I got it wrong.
  • I commented out the bits that tell GitLab this is a nightly job, in order to get the job to run in this MR, to see whether it works.
