Use -O for the make dwarf flavour.

Andreas Klebinger requested to merge wip/andreask/dwarf_O1 into master

This brings it in line with validate. Which hopefully will reduce the likelyhood of optimization dependent CI issues being misdiagnosed as dwarf related.
