Draft: Add TrieMap instance for Either

Ages ago I had used this instance for a patch of mine. The need for the instance vanished but it felt wrong to just delete it.

Maybe we should merge it for use in plugins etc.? If not that's fine either.

Mostly putting up to the code so that I can delete it from that other branch.
