The hadrian/bootstrap/plan-bootstrap-* files use underscores not periods for the version numbers.
The list-sources and fetch options should come after plan-bootstrap-8_10_5.json.
The hadrian/bootstrap/bootstrap.py file could use https on the hackage urls.
