Due to a large amount of spam we do not allow new users to create repositories, they are "external" users. If you are a new user and want to create a repository, for example for forking GHC, open a new issue on ghc/ghc using the "get-verified" issue template

hsc2hsWrapper needs to be generated at install time

The wrapper is generated when the bindist is created, and therefore doesn't honour the linker flags discovered by ./configure at install time.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
