Remove enummapset patch

The upstream package has cut a new release that is compatible with HEAD: enummapset-0.7.2.0

I think you'll need to update the index-state in ci/config.cabal.project in order to get the CI to use the more recent enummapset release in its build plans.

Happily, I've already fixed cryptol and language-bash as part of two commits that I added in !327, so cherry-picking the relevant commits here should work. I haven't seen the lsp-2.2.0.0 error, but I know that lsp-2.1.0.0 does build, so perhaps we should just add lsp < 2.2 in the config.cabal.project file for now until someone (likely me) gets a chance to update the patches to the latest Hackage versions.
