Migrate, remove old patches

• The free-algebras, mono-traversable, mustache, pandoc, and yesod-core patches have been migrated to the latest Hackage versions.
• The diagrams-svg, file-embed, free, and haskell-src-meta patches have been removed, as their latest Hackage versions support GHC 8.8 through HEAD.
