Consider using `hyperfine` as a benchmark runner

hyperfine is quite like criterion, but for programs. Among other things (like running benchmarks until the estimate is within a certain sigma radius), it would allow us to get rid of statistical analysis as part of the reporting programs (nofib-analyse/whatever the new thing is).
