'DSL.exResolve' now takes a 'Maybe [Extension]' for supported extensions and
a 'Maybe [Language]' for supported languages.  'Nothing' means that
extensions/languages are not checked by the solver, and 'Just []' means that
no extensions/languages are allowed.
