Zero-extend sub-word arguments to bitwise CallishOps

ARATA Mizuki requested to merge aratamizuki/test-primops:T8 into master

According to GHC.Cmm.MachOp, the bitwise CallishOps take either bits64 or the platform word.

The mismatch of word width might have been a cause of failures on x86-64, as noted on #8 (comment 618831).
