This patch updates file paths according to new module hierarchy [1]:

* Rename:
  * compiler/GHC/Parser.hs       <= compiler/parser/Parser.hs
  * compiler/GHC/Parser/Lexer.hs <= compiler/Parser/Lexer.hs

* Add:
  * compiler/GHC/Cmm/Lexer.hs
