Figure out proper darwin releases
- Previously I used Travis for Darwin release binaries, since they were more portable. Releases from our own CI seemed to have different linking. I don't remember the details. Since Travis is now gone we have to figure this out.
- Darwin aarch64 binaries were built manually on my freshly bought M1 instance fancy-Nancy. CI doesn't currently work there and needs fixing. Work has been done at https://gitlab.haskell.org/haskell/ghcup-hs/-/tree/debug-CI
