Bad error message with `ghcup run --hls 1.6.1.0` when not installed

$ ghcup run --hls 1.6.1.0                                                                                                                 Tue 01:48
ghcup: user error (Pattern match failure in do expression at app/ghcup/GHCup/OptParse/Run.hs:327:13-29)

Should give a better error message.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
