Download failed when building GHC from source on MacOS 12.6

I'm running this command and getting this error:

I have already tried updating xcode and I am fairly sure that it now works correctly.

I have also found two other issues on this issue tracker relating to compiling ghc from source with ghcup, but neither seems related.
