Allow os overwrite

Julian Ospald requested to merge allow-os-overwrite into master

Worthwhile feature to me:

  1. In case something is messed up, people can experiment with trying other tarballs
  2. People can overwrite their distro with 'alpine' to install a musl GHC, should fix #116 (closed)
