Issue #18087: :since: for warnings of ghc 6/7/8

Added :since: fields to users_guide on warning, for warnings
introduced starting GHC 6.0.

The data was extracted from the HTML docs on warnings, see

  ghc/ghc#18087

and partially verified by consulting the change logs.
